Pacer Performance TFRL4-16MM-10 Brown 4 AWG Wire Ferrule 16mm Insulated 10 Pack

The Pacer Performance TFRL4-16MM-10 wire ferrules provide a professional solution for terminating stranded wire in IEC-style terminal blocks. These insulated ferrules prevent wire fraying and strand separation, transforming stranded wire into a solid, reliable connection point that ensures consistent electrical performance.

Key Features:

• Prevents strand separation and minimizes strand breakage during termination
• Brown insulated sleeve provides additional electrical insulation and color coding
• Increases connection reliability in European-style terminal blocks
• 16mm ferrule length with 18mm recommended stripping length
• Designed specifically for 4 AWG stranded wire
• Convenient 10-pack quantity for multiple installations

Installation: Strip wire to the recommended 18mm length, slide ferrule over exposed strands ensuring the nylon insulation meets the wire jacket, then crimp using a proper ferrule crimping tool. Correct crimping pressure is essential for creating a solid, gas-tight connection that will maintain performance over time.

Specifications:

• Wire Size: 4 AWG
• Ferrule Length: 16mm (0.63")
• Stripping Length: 18mm (0.75")
• Insulation Color: Brown
• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack

Ideal for marine electrical systems, automotive applications, RV installations, and any application using IEC terminal blocks with stranded wire connections.
