Pacer Performance TFRL22-6MM-25 Orange Wire Ferrules 20-22 AWG 6mm Insulated 25-Pack

The Pacer Performance TFRL22-6MM-25 wire ferrules provide a professional solution for terminating stranded wire in IEC (European)-style terminal blocks. These insulated ferrules prevent wire fraying and strand separation, creating a solid, reliable connection that makes stranded wire behave like solid wire.

Key Features:

• Prevents strand separation and minimizes wire breakage during termination
• Orange insulated sleeve provides additional electrical insulation and color-coded wire identification
• Increases connection reliability and longevity in terminal block applications
• Designed for 20-22 AWG stranded wire
• 6mm ferrule length with 8mm stripping length specification

Installation: Strip wire to 8mm (0.31 in.) length, slide ferrule over exposed strands ensuring the nylon casing contacts the wire insulation, then crimp using a proper ferrule crimping tool. Proper crimping pressure is essential for creating a solid, gas-tight connection. Heat shrink tubing can be added over the connection for additional protection if desired.

Specifications:

• Wire Size: 20-22 AWG
• Ferrule Length: 6mm (0.24 in.)
• Stripping Length: 8mm (0.31 in.)
• Insulation Color: Orange
• Package Quantity: 25 pieces

Ideal for automotive, marine, RV, and industrial electrical applications where reliable stranded wire termination is critical.
