Wichard Thimble Shackle Captive Pin Stainless Steel

The Wichard thimble shackle with captive pin is a stainless steel marine shackle made for rigging, lashing and line or cable termination. Its thimble-style profile protects ropes and lines from chafing. The captive pin stays attached to the shackle body so it can't be dropped overboard while you work.

Key Features:

• Stainless steel construction resists corrosion in saltwater and harsh marine conditions
• Captive pin design keeps the pin attached to the shackle, so it is harder to lose during installation or adjustment
• Thimble shape helps protect line and cable at the attachment point
• Polished, smooth finish helps reduce snagging on lines and sails
• Precision manufacturing from Wichard, a French maker of high-performance sailing hardware

Wichard is known for its sailing and rigging hardware, which is used by recreational and racing sailors.
