Pacer Performance TFRL20-6MM-25 White Insulated Wire Ferrules 18-20 AWG 6mm 25-Pack

The Pacer Performance TFRL20-6MM-25 wire ferrules provide a professional solution for terminating stranded wire in IEC-style terminal blocks. These white insulated ferrules are designed for 18-20 AWG wire and feature a 6mm barrel length, effectively preventing wire fraying and strand separation that can compromise electrical connections over time.

Key Features:

• Prevents strand separation and minimizes wire breakage during termination
• White nylon insulation provides additional electrical protection and color-coding capability
• Increases connection reliability by converting stranded wire behavior to solid wire performance
• Ideal for use with European-style IEC terminal blocks and Phoenix-style connectors
• Proper crimping creates a solid, unified connection that maintains long-term integrity

Specifications:

• Wire gauge compatibility: 18-20 AWG stranded wire
• Ferrule barrel length: 6mm (0.24 inches)
• Recommended stripping length: 8mm (0.31 inches)
• Insulation color: White
• Quantity: 25 ferrules per package

Installation is straightforward: strip the wire to 8mm length, slide the ferrule over the exposed conductor until the insulation meets the wire jacket, then crimp using a proper ferrule crimping tool. Adequate crimping pressure is essential for creating a reliable connection. Optional heat shrink tubing can be added for enhanced environmental protection in demanding applications.
