Pro Mariner: Four Decades of Marine Charging Excellence

Pro Mariner (ProMariner) has spent over four decades with a single driving mission: making time on the water more enjoyable. Founded in 1978 with one premise — to make boating more enjoyable — the brand has grown into one of the most recognized names in marine electrical systems. Today, ProMariner is an industry pioneer in marine and mobile batteries, providing fast-charging and fully automatic capabilities designed to keep you on the water longer.

For over 40 years, ProMariner has been dedicated to making boating more enjoyable through a robust line of fully automatic onboard marine battery chargers — a modern method of charging batteries at high speed that eliminates the need for storing or carrying portable battery chargers onboard. Today, ProMariner is part of the Navico Group, a single-source provider of innovative products and solutions that power adventures on the water and the road.

A Full Suite of Marine Electrical Solutions

ProMariner's strength lies in the breadth and depth of its marine electrical lineup. At its core are the brand's flagship marine battery chargers, engineered for reliability in the harshest saltwater and freshwater environments. ProMariner delivers specialized lines such as the ProSport Series for heavy-duty recreational charging, the ProTournament Series for professional-grade solutions with elite wired remotes, and the ProNautic Series for precision dry-mount applications with interactive digital displays — compatible across lead-acid, AGM, GEL, and LiFePO4 chemistries.

Beyond chargers, ProMariner offers a complete ecosystem of marine power management products. Their inverters — sold under the TruePower Plus line — convert DC battery power to AC for onboard appliances and electronics. Pure sine wave inverters provide dependable AC power for sensitive electronics and high-load equipment on board. Complementing these are Pro Mariner's battery isolators and voltage sensitive relays, which allow boaters to manage multiple battery banks safely. Smart battery isolators protect multi-bank systems from cross-discharge and simplify dual and tri-battery installations.

For boats docked at marinas, ProMariner's galvanic isolators are a critical line of defense. Galvanic isolators safeguard against stray current corrosion — a silent threat that can cause serious damage to underwater metals over time. ProMariner also offers a range of vented and dry-mount battery chargers suited to different installation environments, giving boaters the flexibility to choose the right mounting solution for their vessel.

Built for the Marine Environment

IP-rated waterproof construction, corrosion-resistant components, and robust design ensure ProMariner products hold up in harsh marine environments. Whether you operate a bass boat, a cruiser, a sailboat, or a commercial vessel, ProMariner chargers come in various amperages and bank configurations to fit sailboats, trawlers, yachts, and fishing boats. Tried, tested, and trusted, ProMariner products are the go-to chargers for professionals and pleasure seekers alike — designed for easy installation and effortless operation, so you can focus on enjoying the water.
