Easy process. Would be helpful if parts filter was tighter for selected vehicle and if pix were accurate. Representative pix are not helpful. Better to have nothing than incorrect pix. Order processing and delivery were less than satisfactory. Conflicting information from web site and packing slip - web says parts in stock, packing slip says 3 items back ordered. Interaction with customer service was prompt and reasonable however, spurious email from sales with information about returning parts I never received. the whole experience with order fulfillment and apparent miscommunication between sales and order fulfillment less than satisfactory to the point that I will not do business with Partsgeek again. Internet companies need to be at the top of their game to survive. Clearly Partsgeek was not in this case.
