Had to reorder due to wrong part sent. When I called to return the product I was hung up on twice. Returning the part has been a hassle. Its been a week and still not returned yet. Plus they needed a pic to return it. Never had to do that before.

I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.
