I received a partial order within a quick time frame, unfortunately there must have been a miscommunication with the warehouse and a portion of my order did not ship. I contacted Autoplicity, after receipt of the partial order, using the "contact us" link on the website. My request was addressed quickly and the missing part was sent out immediately, arriving approximately 3 business days after receipt of the initial delivery. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and timeliness of response by Autoplicity. Keep up the great job!
