I have just sent Autoplicity.com a message. The product we ordered doesn't fit. Has not been taken out of the container its in. Just need to know how I need to send this product back to get a refund back on my card.

Everything went well but UPS damaged the good inside the box (small plastic tab broken) through rough handling. It's not a stopper, so i'll try to glue it back. Returning the good for replacement would be prohibitive in both time and $.
