I got in touch regarding a part that had been discontinued by some companies and back ordered everywhere else. Like I searched everywhere and could not find it. They told me that they didn't have it but we're in the process of doing a limited run and they would let me know when pre-orders open up. I wait a couple weeks and bang I get a email saying the pre-orders are open and the part will soon be available. Best costumer service I've ever had from a company. I'm a satisfied customer and will be doing business with them from now on.
