Really painless transaction. My item arrived essentially on time (a slight delay from the estimated delivery date - but THM was all over it, touching base with updates before I even had to reach out). My order arrived in working order and packaged well. I will definitely order from them again!

Boatplicity shorted me one saddle float. I called customer service to see if it was backordered, I spoke with Joy and she was a big help and i had the 4th float within 2 days.
