Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews.
However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

Great price and delivery time on live well timer order.
Other order of boat trailer guidepost kept getting cancelled so placed call to boatplicity to find out they do not sell that part. An email to me explaining why order was cancelled would have been nice.
