The manifold gasket was damaged upon arrival due to shifting of the iron manifold. The were placed into a cardboard box together without any packing material. I don't think it was Autoplicity's fault. I think it was the manufacture of the manifold since it was in their branded box.

Had problems using the search tool so I called direct. They helped locate Air Lift shocks I needed and told me that I.E. browser is sometimes a problem. They were helpful and my items got shipped the next business day.

Best prices online! Ordered a JBA performance exhaust and Airaid intake system for my 06 F-150. Was hesitant at first because I never heard of them but ordering was a breeze and saved me over $100 total for two items compared to anywhere else. Highly recommend ordering from this company. I was in deep search for a product that everybody else told me I wouldn't find until next year (e.g. 4 wheel parts).
