The B&W RVB3270 Patriot Slider Base is a lightweight, American-made, rail-mounted fifth wheel hitch base designed as a more affordable alternative to the Companion series while maintaining many of the same premium features. This replacement base is engineered to deliver a smooth, quiet towing experience for RV and fifth wheel trailer applications.

Key Features:

  • 18,000 lbs gross towing weight (GTW) capacity with 4,500 lbs vertical tongue weight (VTW) rating
  • 12 inches of slider movement for improved turning and maneuvering clearance in short bed trucks
  • Polyurethane bushings eliminate metal-to-metal contact for a rattle-free, quiet ride
  • Fully articulating head allows front-to-back and side-to-side pivoting for enhanced trailer movement
  • Cam action latching handle provides easy release even when parked on unlevel sites
  • Compatible with all standard above-bed mounting rails (rails sold separately)
  • Works with B&W Turnoverball under-bed gooseneck systems for dual-purpose towing capability
  • Made in the USA

Important: This is the slider base only. Industry-standard mounting rails are required for installation and must be purchased separately. The RVB3270 provides a quick, simple installation process when paired with compatible rail systems.
