Product Details

The Duramax Marine 870702101 CURD is a Johnson Cutless water-lubricated propeller shaft bearing designed to hold your propeller shaft in place and keep it spinning smoothly. This naval brass sleeve bearing features a 2-3/4" shaft diameter, 3-3/4" outside diameter, and 11" length with a 1/8" wall thickness.

  • Manufactured with oil and chemical resistant nitrile rubber polymer lining, molded and firmly bonded into a naval brass shell
  • External brass shells are machined and polished to provide easy fitting
  • Grooves run the entire length of the rubber lining allowing for maximum lubricating water flow and dissipation of frictional heat
  • Precision machined naval brass construction
  • Sleeve bearings are usually installed by light press fitting and locked in place with cone pointed set screws
  • Meets MIL-B-17901B (SH) Class II type specifications
