The Xylem 18598-1000 service kit provides comprehensive replacement components for maintaining and repairing Jabsco 18590 and 18690 series macerator pumps used in marine and RV waste water systems. This complete rebuild kit ensures your macerator pump continues to operate efficiently and reliably.

Kit Includes:

  • Pump body with hose barb discharge fitting
  • Impeller
  • Wearplate
  • Gaskets and seals
  • Four fiber washers

Application:

  • Designed for older pumps with brass studs, washers, and acorn nuts
  • Compatible with Jabsco 18590 and 18690 series macerator pumps
  • Ideal for marine vessels and RV black water tank systems

Important Note: This service kit is designed for pumps manufactured before January 2015. If your pump requires stainless steel hardware, the Stainless Steel Bolt Kit (17288-1000) must be purchased separately. Regular maintenance with this service kit helps extend the life of your waste system and ensures optimal pump performance.
