The ProTorque PH140-0017-HD is a heavy-duty permanent magnet gear reduction (PMGR) starter designed for marine inboard/outboard applications. This high-quality Delco-style replacement starter features a staggered mount pattern with two long bolts for secure bottom mounting on GM marine engines.
