Easy to get part I needed for my Kia.

The sales people I talked to where not familiar with the product. They gave me wrong information. Site states free shipping on orders over $49, but system still charged shipping. I was told that shipping would be refunded after order was processed. Aside from that, the online ordering process was great. Received order but no refund so far.

I did not get a final chance to see the order total with shipping +coupon applied. Order was 105+11.95 shipping -20offshipping-so should have been 96.95, but never saw the final price. The fix for this would be to show the final price before customers click pay. Product and shipping time were as expected.
