Found item on google search went to the website and ordered item. Everything was the way it should be quick and easy. From that point on it went straight downhill, the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been buying things on the internet for over 18 years and nothing has come close to the ineptitude I have dealt with this company. The say the company was started by auto enthuasists to help other auto enthusiasts well the people who started the company must have left. I have and will contiue to tell all my friends and acquaintances to not do business with this company as they terrible. From the beginning they had no idea where my order was and I seriously doubt if they know that I have finally received it. It appears that autoplicity bought the shocks from one company who then bought them from another company and shipped them to me as autoplicity's name is no where on the invoice. I sent email after email with no useable information back just that they would look into it. I gave them my phone number and asked them to call me as the emails were getting no where I talked to customer service and asked to have a supervisor or manager call me no luck there either. Do not rely on reviews from there website go to yelp and read them there.
