Dual Compressor Design:

The Two Ton PLUS is unique because it features two 13,500-BTU compressors in a single packaged unit that utilizes two compressors in a single, self-contained package. When cooling requirements are moderate, it uses only one compressor, and when additional cooling is needed, you get the additional benefit of a second compressor. It automatically cycles on one or both compressors, as required, to meet your air conditioning or heating needs, and in the heating mode, the TWO TON Plus heat pump uses electricity to provide heat.
