CMC ELCT0163 High Speed Hydraulic Actuator for Jack Plates and Tilt Trim

The CMC ELCT0163 is a high-speed hydraulic actuator designed for marine hydraulic jack plates and tilt-and-trim systems. This patented actuator features a self-contained design that integrates the pump, motor, reservoir, and cylinder all in one compact body, eliminating the need for multiple hydraulic components such as hoses and external pumps.

• 5-inch stroke length with 37 inches per minute travel rate for fast, efficient operation
• Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with 18-8 stainless steel fasteners for corrosion resistance
• Permanent magnet 12VDC motor for reliable power
• Thrust capacity: 3,141 lbs minimum (extend), 1,744 lbs minimum (retract)
• Fluid capacity: 21 cubic inches (0.7 pint)
• Completely self-contained with built-in fluid reservoir
• 100% non-ferrous construction with no-leak seal and wiper for total submersibility

This actuator is designed specifically for high-speed hydraulic systems with one-piece motor/hydraulic actuator assemblies. It can also be used to retrofit standard versions to higher-speed operation. Not compatible with standard-speed hydraulic jack plate versions.
