The Mercury Quicksilver 383 MPI Bravo FWC is a fully dressed, complete marine sterndrive engine designed as an ideal replacement for 350 MAG, 7.4L, and 7.4L MPI engines in single and twin engine applications. This 6.3-liter (383 cubic inch) stroker engine delivers impressive performance with 350 horsepower at 5200 RPM and 390 lb-ft of torque at 4200 RPM.
Engine Block and Construction:
- 100% new Quicksilver cast iron engine block and cylinder heads
- Black-X valve technology with hardened valve seats
- Screw-in rocker studs and 1.6:1 roller rocker arms
- Bore and stroke: 4.030" x 3.750" (102mm x 95mm)
- Compression ratio: 9.0:1
- Runs on 87 octane fuel with up to 10% ethanol tolerance

- Factory fresh water cooling (FWC) system protects engine block and exhaust manifolds

Compatibility and Application: This engine is compatible with all MerCruiser Bravo sterndrive outdrives and will NOT work with Alpha Series sterndrives.
