Product looks great! <br>3/16/2012<br>Ok, product was to big for my setup needed to exchange for smaller product. They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience. excellent company with great prices and even better customer service. my order arrived, and too my surprise i found that it was not the product i had ordered. the customer service was prompt and i was informed that unknown to autoplicity, the product i ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and what i recieved was their replacement. this was all unknown to autoplicity and they apoligized sincerely and have rectified the issue very much to my satifaction. the product itself arrived in perfect condition and meets or exceeds my expectations. i will look forward to shopping with autoplicity again due to their great prices and excellent customer service.
