Lap sealant is UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration, a critical feature for products exposed to full sun year-round.

For vertical or angled surfaces where a self-leveling formula would sag or run, Dicor offers a Non-Sag Lap Sealant in the same proven formulation. The Dicor Non-Sag Lap Sealant creates a secure seal along roof edges, air vents, vent pipes, and screw heads. Both variants are designed to remain permanently flexible — Dicor Lap Sealant will never harden; it remains flexible and water-tight as it ages.

Exterior Sidewall Caulking

Dicor's 551LS Series Exterior Sidewall Sealants extend that same protective philosophy to the sides of the coach. Available in multiple colors — white, grey, tan, and black — these sealants are designed to blend with common RV exterior finishes. Offering excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials such as EPDM, TPO and PVC membranes, it adheres firmly to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal, fiberglass and concrete. Its crack-resistant formulation provides exceptional flexibility, enabling it to cope with the expansion and contraction associated with fluctuating temperatures and joint movement in RVs. The sealant also offers excellent UV resistance and is resealable, allowing it to be applied over itself when necessary.

Advanced Formula: Self-Leveling Ultra Sealant

For situations demanding an even higher-performance solution, Dicor offers its Self-Leveling Ultra Sealant. Dicor's Self-Leveling Ultra Sealant is a high-performance polyether sealant that contains no solvents or isocyanates and is non-yellowing. It is designed to fill voids and joints and seal around RV rooftop accessories where a self-leveling sealant may be preferred, and is fast curing, highly weather resistant and can be painted with most paints. The Ultra Sealant is UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration, and it will not stain or discolor any roofing material to which it is applied.
