The Interlux Trilux 33 Aerosol Antifouling Paint is specially formulated for aluminum outdrives and outboard engine lower units, providing effective protection against marine growth in a convenient spray can format. This professional-grade antifouling paint can also be applied to other underwater metals and is designed for use below the waterline in fresh, salt and brackish waters.

Key Features:

  • Uses two biocides and Biolux technology for protection from all types of fouling
  • Biocide: Cuprous Thiocyanate - safe for aluminum surfaces
  • Biolux technology controls slime growth
  • Hard ablative formulation makes it especially suitable for high speed boats
  • One can covers approximately 22 square feet (one lower unit)
  • Available in three popular colors: Black, Grey, and White
  • Dries to touch in 30 to 45 minutes; overcoat in 4 to 16 hours; launch in 8 to 24 hours

This aerosol format is ideal for underwater metal pieces which are intricately shaped and difficult or time consuming to paint. Two or more coats are recommended for optimal antifouling protection. Metal surfaces must be properly primed with Interlux Primocon or Interprotect epoxy primer before application.
