There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. My only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks for shipping, but it did ship directly from the manufacturer so I can't say that's entirely the fault of Autoplicity.<br><br>Order #28295 on 08/26/2012

Online reviews were very good for this retailer and I am very happy to report that my springs were delivered via FedEx within 5 days of ordering! I asked for an update via email after 2 days and received an immediate response. Happy as can be, and I'll be back.

tried to track package and all i ever got was, your order is being processed. i did try to call on a saturday, but business hours were over. And yes i did try to email several times and they were either ignored or never received.
