Bought this one for a spare!
The delivery from Autoplicity was quick and easy. This is my third purchase of an empire heater since I built my home in 1986. I only bought this one as a spare because at some point the one I’m using now has got to give up. however, it is keeping me warm so far this season, so I will not put the new one in until I need to. I have all the faith in the world that the new one will last me just as long as the first two.

Shipping Insurance Scam Money Grab
Yes, I did pay for the shipping insurance. But why.......now that I realized, It was just a scam to grab more money.
Why should the customer have to pay for shipping insurance? What will they think of next?

Smittybilt trailer purchuse
Just to let you all know i've never written a review in my life.
Also I have never purchased anything major over the internet, In my sixty two years I have never had customer service as well done as this was. I worked with Clint and he found a shipping cost problem that I wasn't even aware of , by the time the trailer was delivered the problem was. Solved I can't Thank him enough for all his help. I will be using autoplicity as often as I can. Thank you all so much.
