The delivery from Autoplicity was quick and easy. This is my third purchase of an empire heater since I built my home in 1986. I only bought this one as a spare because at some point the one I’m using now has got to give up. however, it is keeping me warm so far this season, so I will not put the new one in until I need to. I have all the faith in the world that the new one will last me just as long as the first two.

Yes, I did pay for the shipping insurance. But why.......now that I realized, It was just a scam to grab more money. Why should the customer have to pay for shipping insurance? What will they think of next?

Just to let you all know i've never written a review in my life. Also I have never purchased anything major over the internet, In my sixty two years I have never had customer service as well done as this was. I worked with Clint and he found a shipping cost problem that I wasn't even aware of , by the time the trailer was delivered the problem was. Solved I can't Thank him enough for all his help.
