The SeaStar Solutions SSX17621 Xtreme NFB Steering Kit represents the pinnacle of mechanical steering technology for marine applications. This complete 21-foot single cable steering system delivers the smoothest and lowest steering effort of any mechanical helm on the market, making it ideal for outboards up to 150 HP and boats up to 24 feet.

No FeedBack (NFB) Technology:

The advanced NFB system features an internal clutch mechanism that grips the steering shaft when you're not actively steering, virtually eliminating prop torque feedback. This means no more fighting the wheel to maintain a straight course, and effortless steering in both directions without the expense of a full hydraulic system.

The helm features reliable Zamak casting and zinc-plated steel construction for superior strength and corrosion resistance. The specially designed Xtreme steering cable utilizes a splined liner and powder-coated core for reduced friction and unprecedented smooth action with minimal internal slop.
