I never received the products I ordered. After two weeks I called Boatplicity and was told that the product is stuck at FedEx. I asked for them to send another but was told I need to cancel and reorder. I don't want to do that! Since my original order was placed, the price increased significantly. I just wanted them to make sure I receive the original order. I haven't heard peep since my phone call to Boatplicity, over a week ago. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
